Virginia Teachers for Tomorow

Virginia Teachers for Tomorrow

The 9th Edition of the Teacher Cadet curriculum, Experiencing Education, is in the process of being revised.  CERRA plans to release the 10th edition in 2010.  Current Virginia Teachers of Tomorrow instructors will need to complete the 10th edition curriculum training. Curriculum Training is planned for fall 2010 (September and October).

School divisions will purchase the curriculum and cover the teacher’s travel expenses for this re-training.  Information regarding the training will be announced in a Superintendent’s Memo.

For more information about the Virginia Teachers for Tomorrow Program training, please contact Helen G. Fuqua, state specialist for the program at the Virginia Department of Education, via e-mail at Helen.Fuqua@doe.virginia.gov or telephone at (804)225-2826.
